Chain conveyor
The drag conveyor is made up with Machine head,machine body,machine tail,inlet and outlet.
(1) The machine head is made up with the main body box,drive sprocket,Gear box, transmission sprocket.Chain and drags.
(2) The tail is made up with main body box,sprocket,tensioning device.
(3) The intermediate body is made up with the tube ,slide rail chain & drags,machine cover etc.
(4) The inlet and outlet are made up with the flange and connecting joints used for input or discharge of the grain.
(5) Chain has T and V type,it is the main part of the conveyor for transportation of the grain.

Product Description
TGSS Scraper Chain Conveyor is that transmission drives the drive sprocket to rotate, conveyor chain with the scraper meshes with drive sprocket and moves accordingly; when the material is added from feed inlet, it is received in slot, then pulling force of conveyor chain moves in the same direction, so that the internal friction and internal pressure between raw materials increases. When the friction is greater than friction between the material and the groove wall, it is driven forward by the conveyor chain movement, and increased internal pressure ensures a stable state between the layers, creating a continuous flow. When the ratio of the layer height meets certain conditions, transmission flow is stable and the material speed is about equal to chain speed, so material is continuously and stably transported from discharge port

Bucket elevator

Bucket elevators are powerful mechanism for hauling flowable bulk grain vertically, it is widely used in broad range of flowable materials applications for grain storage silos. The reliable Shelley bucket elevator is designed with reasonable running structure, highly resistant anti-wear steel and high-strength plastic bucket, which makes it easy for installation and longer trouble-free life span.
The Bucket Elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain with pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. The buckets are located in a casing or housing to contain the material. Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket as the bucket moves past an inlet point. After the transmission mechanism (which can be configured according to user requirements) rotates, it drives the head wheel to make the bucket belt circulate from bottom to top, and the bucket fixed on the bucket belt fills up the material entering the feed port of the machine base and lifts it to The head of the hoist makes the material thrown from the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force. The empty bucket is brought back to the hoist base through the bucket, and then lifted up and thrown out after being filled with the material. This cycle repeats. Lift the bottom material to the specified height to meet the
requirements of vertical transportation.
