2.How to choose silos
When the silo volume is less than 12 meters, the cement cone bottom or steel cone bottom is generally used, and the cement cone bottom is poured into a frame type inverted cone funnel with cement and steel bars, so that the material can be unloaded by itself. When the diameter is greater than 12 meters, due to the high height of the cone bottom, it is generally chosen to make a half cone bottom or a flat bottom, and the half cone bottom can not be completely inclined to the material, and the flat bottom needs to be discharged multiple times or choose a spiral clearance machine. The cement cone bottom is inexpensive and moderate, but the construction period is slightly longer. The hopper, rings and supporting bars are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. Depending on the food product being stored and the storage, the hopper or cone Angle is usually designed to be 45° and 60°. The structure of the hopper silo depends on the type of product to be stored. In general, free-flowing pellet products, such as corn, wheat, soybeans, and feed pellets, require a hopper bottom silo Angle of 45°, while powder or other hard-to-flow materials are suitable for 60° cone-bottom silo storage.
FLAT BOTTOM SILO

HOPPER BOTTOM STEEL SILO
1. Galvanized corrugated steel conical bottom bin is an advanced grain storage equipment.
2. Cone bottom type metal granary cone bottom dip Angle is large , generally between 35°~70°, grain can be cleared by its own gravity , no residue.
3.Cone bottom bin is generally divided into :
small (5~20T), mainly used for feeding bin , feed mill , etc.
Medium size (20~500T), mainly used for processing plant transit warehouse.
Large size (500-1500T) can be configured based on user requirements.
